When Patrick Rampton and Joel Baseley were looking for a business partner to launch their second office, expanding to Wandsworth, Rupert was the stand-out candidate.
Starting out as a Chartered Surveyor, spending time as a buying agent and then a successful spell at Knight Frank, Rupert found his home at Rampton Baseley 8 years ago.
