Oli brings 24 years of hands-on residential property development experience to Rampton Baseley, spanning the full breadth of the industry. Uniquely, his experience sits on both sides of the fence. He has headed acquisitions for a London residential developer and has developed in his own right, giving him a real understanding of the pressures, priorities and decision-making that developers face at every stage of a project.
Early in his career he cut his teeth converting buildings and developing his own portfolio, before going on to focus on brokering, trading and asset management. Throughout he has maintained an equal focus on both planning and construction gains, identifying and unlocking value at every stage of the development process. Opportunities were sourced almost exclusively off-market, through a tight and trusted network of contacts built up over many years.
That breadth of real-world experience is what he brings to every instruction.
