Bennerley Road, London, SW11

The elegant double reception room is set on the ground floor, with a large bay window to the front and a further window to the rear filling the room with natural light. High ceilings and original twin Victorian fireplaces give the room a great sense of period character. A study to the rear provides the perfect spot for home working, and a wc completes this level.

The spacious kitchen family room runs the full depth of the lower ground floor, with a bay window to the front and French doors at the rear opening directly onto the garden. The kitchen has a good range of wall and base units and a large central island/ breakfast bar. There is ample room for both a dining table and a comfortable seating area. A utility room and a downstairs wc sit just off the kitchen, and the lower ground floor also benefits from its own front entrance and useful storage to the front.

The garden measures over 26ft and is the ideal spot for al fresco eating and entertaining in the warmer months.

The principal bedroom is to the front of the first floor, a generous double with two windows, a wall of built-in wardrobes and a feature fireplace. A further double bedroom overlooks the garden to the rear, and the family bathroom boasting a freestanding rolltop bath and a separate shower is just across the landing.

Two further double bedrooms and a shower room are arranged on the second floor. One of the rooms benefits from a Juliet balcony with far reaching rooftop views while the other benefits from access into the eaves. French doors from the landing open onto a private roof terrace, the perfect spot to unwind.

This excellent property is well located on Bennerley Road between Northcote Road and Bolingbroke Grove.
