Colinette Road, London, SW15

Finished to an exceptional standard throughout, the apartment combines original period character with crisp, contemporary design, set across the second and third floors of this handsome, newly restored building.

The impressive reception room is positioned at the front of the property and is the real heart of the home. A striking bay of arched sash windows floods the space with natural light and offers far-reaching views across the surrounding rooftops and treetops, while the vaulted ceiling with exposed beam and the herringbone flooring add warmth and character. There is ample space for both comfortable seating and dining, making it ideal for everyday living and entertaining.

The sleek, handleless-style kitchen runs neatly along one wall and offers an excellent range of wall, base and full-height units, complemented by stone-effect worktops and splashback, a brushed brass mixer tap and integrated Bosch appliances including a gas hob and oven.

The first double bedroom to the rear on this floor is bright and peaceful, overlooking greenery and benefitting from built-in wardrobes. A stylish shower room, with a walk-in rainfall shower, marble-effect tiling and patterned floor tiles, sits conveniently off the hallway, where useful bespoke storage is built in beneath the stairs.

Stairs rise to the third floor, where the principal bedroom enjoys a calm, light-filled setting beneath a Velux skylight, with built-in wardrobes and fitted eaves cupboards. The family bathroom, also lit by a skylight, features a bath with hand-held shower, textured tiling and a heated towel rail. A separate storage room completes this floor, and the generous eaves storage of approximately 258 sq ft is a rare and valuable addition.
