The spacious reception room is found at the front of the house, featuring an original fireplace, high ceilings, and ceiling cornicing. The hallway leads through into the extended and immaculate kitchen/family room at the rear of the property. The kitchen itself boasts plenty of stylish wall and base units, quartz work surfaces and integrated appliances, while a large skylight floods the room with natural light. There is ample space for a dining table and a breakfast bar, making this an ideal setting for everyday family living. Bi-fold doors lead out onto the south-west facing garden, beginning with a raised deck. Steps lead down to the remainder of the garden, which is laid to patio and is perfect for al-fresco entertaining in the warmer months. A downstairs WC completes this floor.

On the first floor, at the front of the property, a generous double bedroom benefits from several windows, which bring in an abundance of light, and built-in wardrobes. To the rear of this floor are two further bedrooms, one currently configured as a study and the other a thoughtfully presented nursery. A modern family bathroom serves this level. Stairs up to the top floor lead to the principal bedroom. Sliding doors open onto a Juliet balcony, letting in fresh air and daylight. Large built in wardrobes provide generous storage, and a private en-suite shower room completes the suite. Additional eaves storage sits neatly out of sight.
