Lavender Sweep, London, SW11

The open-plan kitchen and reception room is situated to the front of the property and features herringbone parquet flooring, a statement chandelier and a large bay window which floods the space with natural light. There is ample room for a dining area within the bay, and the kitchen area is fitted with a good range of wall and base units.

The principal bedroom is a generous double located in the middle of the flat, with French doors opening directly onto the garden. The second double bedroom is positioned at the rear and also has direct access to the garden. Both bedrooms continue the herringbone flooring. A stylish family bathroom with a bath, a striking marble-effect tiled finish and a wall-hung vanity unit is located between the two bedrooms.

Stairs lead down to the lower level, where there is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, alongside a useful utility area with space for a washing machine.

The private south-facing garden wraps around the side and rear of the flat. It is laid to decking with smart composite fencing, creating the ideal space for al fresco eating and entertaining in the summer months.

The property is extremely well located for transport, with Clapham Junction, offering Overground and regular services into London Waterloo and London Victoria, within easy walking distance.
