Agents will often claim to have amazing staff, but we really, really do.
Rampton Baseley are looking for a mature, hard-working individual to join their busy client services team. Experience in estate agency client services is not necessary, but candidates who have worked in the industry will also be considered. Candidates need to be good communicators, willing to learn the intricacies of the property business and keep up to date with market trends. They will also need to be organised and process-driven. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a busy office environment and be willing to take part in team discussions.
Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients to help grow our local market share
Proactively sourcing new leads through the database
Scheduling market appraisals
Contacting new clients in new markets to expand the business
Supporting colleagues to help generate new business
Converting market appraisals to instructions
Driving outbound outreach and advising on the property market
Any other duties required to support the team
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Full Driver’s License and own vehicle.
Team-player.
Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 6 pm in the office
