RB did a great job for us in a really rocky market - firstly we sold in autumn 2008 (which was pretty rare), but more than that they were proactive and realistic, they kept potential buyers engaged and really worked to help make sense of when to hold firm, and when to move in the negotiations. And in the final yards when our buyer attempted to drive the price down they really helped us manage the situation. I do think the fact that Joel and Patrick own their own business and handle the viewings themselves (coupled with their knowledge between the commons) is a genuine advantage at the moment.
